Yes! We require a 50% non-refundable date retainer upon receiving your invoice/contract. Payments are quick and easy through our CRM when you get your invoice. Prefer another method? We also accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Check, or PayPal. The remaining balance is due 1 week before your event.
We are based in the Charlotte area and frequently serve Davidson, Belmont, Marvin, Waxhaw, Weddington, Monroe, Matthews, Mint Hill, and Gastonia. We also serve Rock Hill and Fort Mill, SC. Love a road trip? We travel outside these areas for a small, affordable travel fee—call us for a custom quote!
We want your event to be fabulous! If weather prevents a safe setup and you contact us before our team leaves our facility, we will transfer your deposit to a new date within 6 months. Once equipment is in transit or set up, full payment is required to cover our staffing and logistics costs.

We offer three main styles: Digital Booths, Print Booths, and our high-energy 360 Video Booths. All packages are fully customizable.
Absolutely! We use Canva to design custom photo strips featuring your name, logo, event date, or theme. We even customize the interactive "Welcome" screen on the booth to match your branding. You'll get a proof for approval before the big day.
Ideally, we look for a 12x12 space, though we can scale down for tighter venues. We typically arrive 1–2 hours early to ensure everything is tested and ready to go. We are happy to do a venue walk-through beforehand!

We have several booth options and packages that can be customized to fit your desires. We offer digital booths, print booths and 360 video booths.
We love outdoor parties! We simply ask that clients provide a tent or overhead coverage to protect the equipment from sun and rain. We also require a dedicated power source within 50 feet of the setup area.
Safety is our priority. Our artists use only professional, cosmetic-grade, FDA-compliant paints. They are hypoallergenic, vegan, and free of perfumes, parabens, and lanolin. We never use acrylics or craft paints on skin.
Our games are designed for ages 5 to 85! Whether it’s a high-energy "Wet 'n Messy" relay or a classic Scavenger Quest, our Game Master ensures everyone—kids and adults alike—is part of the action.

We can set up on grass (using steel stakes), or on cement, asphalt, and indoors (using a professional sandbag anchoring system). Please let us know your surface type during booking so we bring the right equipment.
We generally arrive 1–3 hours before your rental start time. For busy days, we may offer to set up the day before at no extra charge. We will call you the Friday before your event to confirm the window.
